HOT COCOA

MAKES 2 CUPS



My current "go to" when I crave something sweet is a hot chocolate packed with nutrions. This drink gives you fiber from dates, antioxidants from almonds and anti-inflammatory properties from cinnamon and cocoa. Perfect on a cold autumn day!



INGREDIENTS


- 2 tbsps raw cocoa

- 2 pitted Medjool dates

- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

- 1 tsp cinnamon



METHOD


Mix everything in a blender. Heat gently in a pan. Pour in cups. Enjoy!
